Learning for Life training programme
If you’re a graduate or looking for a career change, our Learning for Life programme can help you get the qualifications and skills to excel in a financial planning career.
Learning for Life is a four-year pathway to becoming a fully qualified Financial Planner or Paraplanner. It’s a great opportunity to learn while you work alongside the experienced team at Wealth Matters, advancing your career and salary as you progress throughout your training.
Over those four years, you’ll get to know the ins and outs of financial planning through on-the-job learning and structured study. It’ll be a challenging but rewarding journey – one that can set you up with a career for life.
“I’m incredibly proud to have built a team of some of the most qualified financial planners in the country…. I’m excited about welcoming more talented people into this fantastic industry and helping them reach their full potential. We hope successful trainees will stay with us for many years, helping us expand the team and support our growth while bringing their own unique skills to us.”
– Julian Gilbert, Director and Founder of Wealth Matters
